Whole30 Round Two

So after all of the holiday feasting from Thanksgiving through the Christmas holiday, I decided it would be a great way to kick off 2017 by participating in the Whole30 again.  This time I have roped in my roommate, Holland...muahaha.... So over the next few days I will be logging some of our, hopefully entertaining, complaints and comments as we embark on clean-eating for the month of January.

Quick Whole30 run-down:
-30 day clean-eating plan designed to clean up your eating habits by cutting out foods that might be having a negative impact on your health
-NO-NO to dairy, soy, grains, legumes, added sugar, alcohol or smoking, no artificial sweeteners, and no processed additives
-EAT ALL that you want of meat, poultry, fish, veggies, fruits, and fats (nuts!)
